One on one training in a beautiful, private studio. These exercise programs are designed to meet each individual’s unique goals. Not every woman wants the same look! I also train for cardiovascular strengthening and fitness. If your goal is to run a marathon, I can train you for that specific goal. I will provide coaching, motivation and inspiration to get you where you want to be! I’ll also provide sound advice in the area of food and nutrition. I can explain the difference between a slow burning carbohydrate and a quickly absorbed carbohydrate without making your head spin!!! If you just want to shake up your current fitness program and get off the plateau you’re stuck on, come see me!! We will shake things up! I like to keep it simple and straight forward while having some fun at the same time.
